We partner with several large companies to provide a wide range of fulfillment services (including cable & satellite installation, troubleshooting, fiber installation & splicing, and home automation). We are looking to add full-time Home Automation & Alarm Technicians to our team!

Secure By Design HAA Technician provides support to multiple lines of business, primarily in the areas of Alarm & Home Automation. Technicians will provide in-home installation, repairs, and upgrades to customers with home automation and alarm products.

Job Description 

 

Job Duties: 

​

• Install, upgrade, and repair home automation and alarm products.

• Service and trouble-shoot products.

• Complete work orders properly.

• Ensure all installation & service work is done according to quality standards.

• Adhere to safety policy.

Position Requirements:

 

• Ability to work with small, complex parts of cell phones and other electronic devices

• High school diploma or metric required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to lift 75 pounds and safely handle a ladder

• Comfortable working outdoors and in small spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)

• Current and valid driver’s license

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and background check
